individual and corporate debtors in
reorganization and liquidation proceedings.
Closely allied to bankruptcy law is the law
of creditors’ rights. Here again, we have has
represented many clients in their efforts to
obtain, maintain, and improve their creditor
status. These matters have included loan
documentation for loans ranging up to $300
million. The firm’s work on creditors’ rights
includes loan negotiation, creation, and
perfection of security interests and, where
necessary, foreclosure and collection
