defenses, involving claims in excess of $200
million
- experienced at handling matters at state and
appellate levels of both state and federal court
systems, and has served as trial and appellate
counsel for public companies as well as small
companies
- adept at assessing the appropriate business
response to litigation
- has handled litigation on behalf of clients
engaged in a number of different industries
- manage and participate in litigation in
foreign jurisdictions on behalf of local clients
- represent creditors with variety of
interests in bankruptcy proceedings
